They have been very accommodating to our cars needs. We’ve brought 3 different cars there in the last 5ish Years. They work with us to save money and not overcharge us. They make sure to do the job right the first time, and not replace unnecessary parts. Sometimes it takes a while to get a car back, but from what I’ve seen it’s because they are A. Busy B. Do a very thorough job. They are closed Saturdays but Tay was busy doing stuff that day running from home to the shop. He was so awesome at picking me up from the gym so I could get my car. My Subaru needed the valve body replaced, we probably could have figured it out on our own but it would have taken longer. Also we were a little hesitant on doing it on our own because this part is connected to the transmission. I’m glad we went with them because they brought my car to their buddy’s transmission shop before replacing the part. They wanted to make sure this part going out didn’t damage my transmission. Good news it didn’t but I’m glad they checked it. They price of the part was the same price we had researched before bringing it in. Everything they said was exactly what we had researched on our own. They didn’t try and make us fix things that didn’t need fixing, they didn’t over charge. I highly recommend them. I will continue to bring our vehicles there, and tell friends and family to bring their cars there. They are very friendly and if you like text updates, they can definitely do that!! They also smog vehicles if you need your car smogged :)

Sunset Automotive have the most professional and at the same time the kindest people. It is a family owned business. They are very fair and honest. I have been going there over 25 years. Sunset Automotive has saved me a lot of money. They are so kind and warm.

I'm really happy with them as I got my issue resolved. I was a little nervous as I had never been here before but was referred to them by Ralph's Transmission. They were very nice over the phone so I thought that was a good sign. After dropping off my car they called me a couple of hours later to tell me the issue was just a spark plug and I had the work completed by the end of that day. Compared with the dealership telling me I needed a new transmission, I'd say Sunset was very honest and ethical. Not only did they NOT rip me off, they resolved what I thought was going to be a major issue for a great price. Thank you!

If you need your car checked out, fixed or repaired this is the place! They are the friendliest, most informative and great at what they do. They've been working on my cars for over 25 years and they never disappoint. They've done my brakes, tune-up's, oil changes and more. They are the BEST CAR SHOP I HAVE EVEN BEEN TOO. I've been going to them for 3 years. Dave is AWESOME the owners are GREAT! They are HONEST no scamming they go over and beyond to make sure your a satisfied customer. I can call and ask help on a issue. They are definitely my car advisor. They even offered me support in buying a new car. I'll never leave them..

My husband and I have taken all of our vehicles here for the past 5 years. We’ve always had great customer service from the front desk and the mechanics. Any item that was fixed by them has been reliable and not overpriced. As a woman coming to a mechanic can be intimidating so having a place to go that makes you feel comfortable asking questions is a big deal. I don’t anticipate going anywhere else for mechanic service.

I can’t say enough about tay and Tess and the whole crew at sunset I’ve had issues with a couple vehicles for a longtime I got them from the dealer and shortly after started having issues dealer refused to do anything or gave us the run around sunset auto took our warranty went through hoops and hurdles and probably had countless headaches over them they dealt with everything took the stress of my family I wish there was 10star rating cuz they definitely deserve it I’ll be recommending them to everybody
